childlike
it's christmas eve. here i am. sitting at the computer, like any other day. no. i'm not with my family, i'm not listening to christmas music, i'm not wrapping presents, i'm not watching a classic like "it's a wonderful life", and i'm certainly not focused on the reaosn to the season, jesus. why not, you might ask? i'm trying to figure that out myself. how, in society today, are we to become focused and ready for christmas. how does one go about the hustle and bustle and still feel the same warmth and excitment about the nearing birth of the savior. its moments like this that cuase me to wish i could still live life like a child...

Telephone Talk
I don't like auditions.
here is a conversation taking place between me and alyssa langston.
"i'm gonna go, no, stop it" she says. then she laughs. "no quit, i'm going. i'm going." she laughs again, twice. and again. and again. "you, i'm amazed at your memorization capabilities. ok i'm hanging up. then i'm going to call claire." *phone crinkles as she hangs up.
i love her.
the end.
